We go through the whole process together with you. We try our best to find that special something for you. We also understand  that it is very personal, therefore we are sensitive to your needs. We understand that sometimes due to the element of suprise, you might know know her / his ring size, therefore we normally don’t charge for the first re-size (unless the size more than 4 sizes different!)
